This is a horrible office to file your tax returns. Stay away from here. Tawfik is Very rude and unprofessional person.. your personal information is at risk here and if you file the IRS { for people with Legal status } and USCIS are after you. You will never get your approval and green to live in this country.

Despite having a scheduled appointment, I waited for over an hour without any acknowledgment of the delay. Upon finally being seen, I was met with disrespect and rudeness from the staff. Despite being a returning customer, my concerns were dismissed, and my time were dismissed. After waiting for two hours, my appointment lasted less than 30 minutes, and to add insult to injury, my documents were carelessly ripped. This level of disrespect and lack of professionalism was unacceptable.
