We came to RMCI over 10 years ago because my husband had made a mistake on taxes and it cost us additional funds. Just had the worst experience here. I’m a local business owner looking for a new accountant and tax representative. I got referred here by 2 people that have been coming here for years. I walked in to book a consultation appointment and was rudely dismissed and asked to leave by the front desk person. Her answer to me was google whatever I need to know because she is too busy to book my consultation. I called after leaving and asked to speak to a manager she answered, refused to transfer me to anybody and told me to stop calling there. I would never do business here and from the way that I was treated, I’ll make sure the two people that referred me. They are aware and they will probably move their business elsewhere as well.

I run my own construction company and having Bob of my accountant is a saving grace for me. Bob is very very educated on his tax services and knows how to save you money.
