My husband and I have been going here over 10 years. I paid $250 for what everyone else was charging $1500 to $2000 to do our business taxes. We have never had any issues. I have received great customer service. And we have saved so much money.

They deserve 0 and not even 1 star. We filed our tax here and didn't get the right refund. Incomplete 1040. They didn't handed us our SCHEDULE 3 PAGE 2, unless you request it. When we ask about it they just stared at us blankly. Do not file your tax here. We paid $110 for the incomplete forms and wrong refund.

Don't file your tax here. They charged us $160. And forgot to add the state tax refund ( my spouse files income tax in both VA and WI and eligible for $859 refund). Fortunately, we double checked using Turbo Tax. We called and they filed amended tax return which would take 16 weeks to process. Well. Lesson learned. Don't do your tax here.

I had a 1099-B, so Turbotax would require me to purchase their deluxe version for $99 to file with them. Thao Ton charged me $95 for my entire tax situation, and was able to increase my refund by $84 from what Turbotax and TaxAct were calculating. When my brothers and parents filed here, they were charged only $45 each. Not sure why I was charged $95. Either way, I think $95 is a reasonable price. Have your bank routing and account numbers available so that they can automatically set up your refund from/payment to the IRS. This service only accepts cash or Zelle, no credit card. All staff are bilingual in Vietnamese and English, so don't be discouraged to come here if you don't speak Vietnamese!
