I so wanted to like these folks after a strong recommendation from a trusted person in the field. Unfortunately, my adult family members (and their families) and I have been incredibly disappointed in the lackluster, and at times, unprofessional service we received from PB Mares. From simple name misspellings, to unexplained fines, convoluted answers, and client blaming excuses - if you’re looking for a solid client service or a trusted advisor these aren’t the folks.
