Terrible - fabricate ARC violations fine $900 for weeds that cannot be seen from the street. Will not provide email for me to send pictures to prove no weeds. This company gives community management a bad name.

I have been cited repeatedly for “violations” that are bogus or based on no objective standards. I have “fixed” the issues but have been failed multiple times for one of these: grass growing in a planting area, which I turned into part of my lawn which was then failed because it wasn’t level! Yards in adjacent properties are dirt and weeds and not level but are apparently ok. Issue is no objective criteria, consistency along a single row houses, and arbitrary assessments by the “inspectors”. Other issues included “rotten wood/construction debris” which was a set antique Korean doors and “clean stoop” which I eventually was told meant power wash! Bottom line, inspectors are given no real guidance, make arbitrary and vague assessments, and are grossly inconsistent. This inspector is the worst we have seen in the seven years we have been here. Hopefully next year will see a better system and more qualified inspectors.

We keep getting notices that do not pertain to our property. They are also pointing out very minor issues compared to the rest of the neighborhood that needs much more work and attention. In the 10 years we have been living here, there has been no improvement in the HOA, the management and the MJF services. Very disappointing. And we are locked in with no other option.

Nasty attitude, very rude, extremely unhelpful, liars, unfair, wrongful violations, wrongful towing. Terrible association. They will snoop around your property, stick their faces in your windows and then mail you the most ridiculous violations. And heaven forbid if a weed is growing in your flower bed! And don’t accidentally forget to tell your child to bring their chalk inside! Yes you will get a violation for that too! My neighbors all complain about this association! We and many others cannot wait to move! I could literally write a novel on so many other issues with this association! Also, on their unsecured website, it says... “ We do the best job possible for you no matter what it takes. We are fair and reasonable. “ This is so far from the truth!! If your looking to buy a home, be EXTREMELY WEARY OF THIS HOA!!!! You will not live in peace! -100 stars

This is the worst HOA ever. My husband and I decided to sell this house after only being here for 1 year due to the ridiculous harassment and improper towing of our guests vehicles and our own vehicals. It’s hard to get ahold of anyone in regards to their wrong doings, and the volunteers have made it a very unpleasant place to live. We are closing on the sale in about a month and I could not be more happier to get me and my family out of here.
