Yanet Alvarez1 StarI went to do my taxes last year. And the person was no help. When I checked in the person in the front desk was loudly confirming my information including social security number when there were ppl in the waiting area. It took longer to wait on the lady to do taxes then actually getting my taxes done. When going in her office ,She wrote two amounts that I could have gotten if I was single with child and child being married and looked mad when I told I was married. I never been to place where they was quick to my money and not help me out or even provide more info how to help me. I literally paid someone to tell me I had to technically figure it out.
