Sue Khanna was supposed to email me taxes! After few days of phone calls I was able to find out what I owe but never got that email so end up taking time off work and going to Fairfax,va to pick it up - it was Tuesday,I live in DC and tax deadline was Friday I called and let them know that I’ll be at their office in about an hour to have my taxes prepared When I arrived they had me waiting 40min more “just to print it out” !!??!?? When I got my taxes -THE numbers were completely different from what I was told over the phone - I was suppose to pay extra 3K 😫 I asked Sue where did that difference came from all of a sudden -she awkwardly,lying to my face tries to tell me that her system was down??!!! Really?! I did send the payments and sure enough IRS return some of the money or should I say didn’t withdraw This business and the costumer service is not worth the price and stress!
