Great service and they took care of 2 years for me in one visit. Sadly they also forgot to send my documents to the IRS, delaying my refund by over 3 weeks so I'm reducing an otherwise 5 star review to 2. I week per star 😔 Not saying don't go there, but check with them daily if you do. +1 star for my failure to follow up daily...

I am so happy to have found Lopez & Co. thanks to my friend Elias. Carlos was very professional and helpful when it came time to do my taxes. This was my first year as a 1099 sub contractor and he walked me through the process of submitting the form. Would highly recommend.

I went in today to have my taxes prepared and filed. I worked with Carlos and he was AWESOME! The whole experience was very laid back, but very professional. I love the 'mom & pop' business feel they have. Their fees are very reasonable, and he worked with me to get my tax debt lowered. I would like to take the time to share how amazing my experience has been each year when it came time to do my taxes. Each year Carlos has helped me process my taxes since I couldn't be filed anymore from my parents. For some reason I have always had problems with IRS because of my own personal mistakes I made with my employer and not knowing how to properly fill out forms. Another case I had someone trying to steal my information and overall just always had bad luck because I always owed money or I would only receive a very small amount back. I can't express how much I appreciate Carlos for always going above and beyond for me and trying his best to help me and solve the problems I always encountered with IRS. He has been there during my hardships and never failed to provide me information I needed to try and get everything resolved. Even if I was upset, stressed, overwhelmed I can honestly say that Carlos always had a calm tone and a lot of patience when it came to dealing with me and my mistakes. This year I was finally blessed with not having to deal with any issues. First year out of many that everything went smooth and had a lot of great news. I give credit when it's due and I have had nothing but exceptional customer service with Lopez & Company. Hard work should never go unnoticed and for that I am grateful for the kindness and patience given to me by Carlos. If you ask me where should you go when it's tax season well this is the place!!

I was recommended this place by a friend, I called to make an appointment, the receptionist took my number and promised to call me back, and they never did it. I called two times, in consecutive days, and I am still waiting ... (crickets) If they can't take new clients, just say it.
