Definitely, experience makes a difference. When I thought there is no way to solve my taxes problem I called Micheal. He was patient, professional and experienced. He was able to solve the problem within HOURS over the phone. I am sure his clients are in good hands.

Our former Edward Jones rep referred us to Mr. Klein years ago. He is always pleasant and takes all the time needed to get things straight. Our taxes have become progressively more complicated over the years and its never thrown him for a loop. We moved away from the area 4 years ago and still rely on him. We just mail everything.

This should not have a listing as I was informed that he is no longer taking any new clients. When I asked for a recommendation I was told everyone he knows is no longer taking new clients. Not helpful.
