I recommend this company just because of Mariam. I only want MARIAM to do my taxes regardless of wherever she moves. I was referred to her by my friend, and I was hesitant to do my taxes with her; because of previous experiences with tax apps and expensive accountants. My friend spoke highly of her, and I decided to give ONE LAST TRY, i am glade I did and figured she is very detailed oriented, professional outstanding, and has strong work ethic. Most importantly, she ensured I got a good tax refund, and, after dealing with IRS issues. She has been filling my taxes for the past few years. I have recommended her to my fellow employees. They can't thank me enough. SHE IS BRILLIANT PERIOD!!!

Miss Mariam prepared my taxes this year for the first time and I wish, I would had come to JMU Tax Services sooner. I used a different Tax Accountant who was not taking care of my paper work properly. I am glad I got her recommendation from a co-worker. She was amazing at looking at my paper work in detail and taking the time to ask questions that I had never asked before. I was shocked to see what a difference it was. JMU Tax has my business from now on!

Mariam is great! She is very knowledgeable about the tax laws and asks questions to make sure that you get all deductions that you qualify for. I am very pleased with her work and she has a very positive attitude. I drive an hour to work with her...very professional!

I wished I can give them negative 5 stars, being setup two appointments and first time never notified us and the lady Maria promised she will called us and she never call. Few days later, she said she will see us Thursday 10am, while we were driving we decided to give her a call just to make sure, and she said she couldn't make it 10am, what a horrible services they provided, please stay away from this company.

Ms. Singh prepared our taxes for the last two years and all I can say is that I wish we came to her sooner. Very honest, knowledgeable, and highly educated with the current and the new Tax Law. I highly recommend her if you’re looking for high refunds. T. Son
