As a busy professional, I've relied on Jain and Associates' expertise for several years and highly recommend her tax prep service. Sonia's work is thorough and accurate and she communicates exactly what is required and in a timely manner. In the years I did my own taxes, Sonia was able to validate my work and help me structure communication to the IRS which was very helpful. Her clients love her personal touch that only a small business can deliver, and we'll continue to use Jain and Associates. After reading the other reviews on this site, I agree with the other positive comments. I don't believe the negative comments accurately reflect this business.

After having an accountant who made mistakes on two tax returns in a row and charged an outrageous amount for that, I found Sonia Reynolds at Jain and Associates in 2009. Such an improvement! I’m a former bookkeeper and a numbers person, and I always double-check my tax return because of my experience with my former accountant. Sonia has not made a single mistake in the 11 years she has done my taxes. I’m self-employed and she has helped me take all the legitimate tax deductions I can. She is always responsive to my questions throughout the year which is a great help in my tax planning. She prepares my taxes quickly and accurately. I trust her, her knowledge, and her ethics completely, and highly recommend her. ------------------------
