worst service ever. Made an appointment, arrived 15 min to our appointment time to a hot, crowded, tiny waiting room. People who had appointments scheduled 2 hours ago were still waiting. After an hour, we called it and left. the organization was terrible. In the room, where you’re seen, there is 0 to no privacy. Yes they get a lot of traffic but for the price? I could go somewhere with better service, atmosphere and professionalism. Do not recommend.

Waiting time is 2 hours. If you have questions or call, text, email. You will not get a response. I understand it's busy, especially when everyone is trying to get their taxes done in time. But if you can pick up calls while you're with a an appointment, why weren't my calls picked up. Now I'm just waiting for the IRS to send me a notification on something being wrong on the file.
