I brought paperwork in for a tax filing. I normally do my taxes myself, but had a form that I didn't know how to enter the data, so I figured I would have the professionals do it. Mike Gallagher looked it over, said it was pretty simple and I should do it myself, rather than paying them to do it. He talked me through it, saving me a lot of money by doing it myself. I thought that was very kind and professional. I will definitely use them if I have an issue I can't do myself.

I highly recommend Valerie Wendling in the Herndon H&R Block office for any help regarding estate filing. At a very difficult time she was incredibly helpful and compassionate. She explained the legal terms and processes in an easily understandable way. She made the whole thing so easy.

Way too overpriced was charged more than I was last year for the same number of returns. Paid $461 initially and she KNEW she had to paper file my state returns and Still had to pay another $125. Next year I'll save the hassle and file them myself. Avoid this place like the plague. The lady at the desk was very nice but I was absolutely ripped off
