Happy to share my opinion about H&R Block. Especially, I want to emphasize Ashok K Chhabra, he is extremely talented person! He always tries to help and satisfy customer's needs and explains everything in details. He can solve very hard Tax issues. He is very attentive and polite. My kids were filling themselves at home 😁

They cancelled my appointment and refused to help me with taxes die to me havong my refund prepared somewhere else last year - isn’t it the place that should help me with taxes!??!!?!?

Made an appointment to file taxes online at 11:30. Everything was confirmed. Then 11:30 comes, no call. And no instructions on how everything is going to be set up, nothing. I'm just sitting there waiting to see what's supposed to happen. 11:35 I decided to call the office to see what's going on. Call once, no answer, phone just rings and hangs up automatically. I call two more times, and still no answer. Decide to head over to the office. Then I get a call from the tax "pro" i'm supposed to work with and he says "Yeah i can't take anymore people at this time, so you'll have to find someone else." I explained to him that I was already confirmed and this was cleared through his company's website. He then got an attitude and told me "anyone can just make an appointment, it doesn't mean anything." Really awful service. So you can expect from this office to 1. make an appointment which doesn't mean you have an appointment. 2. No one will answer your calls 3. You will get an angry apathetic workers to deal with. Go somewhere else.
