And when complained to her manager. Her manager was very rude and disrespectful. Please find someone great to file your taxes. Lady Castro1 StarI called to speak with my tax advisor. The lady taking the call instead of taking the message started laughing of the fact that my tax advisor is not longer taking appointments. I asked her why are you laughing? She continues doing the same. HR Block should not hire people so rude to take the front desk calls. She refused to transfer me to a supervisor or manager and refused to give me her name. If you have only this person in the front desk is her. There is lots of people out there looking for a CS job, and this type of behavior does not help your business.
