My husband and I were trying to file the taxes with the lady named Padma. At the beginning she sounded mature, knowledgeable and professional to me, and sadly she was referred to me by a friend. But honestly what I didn't really like about her it's that she was getting into things that weren't about her concern. WE WANTED TAX PREPARATION.

It took over a month to get my tax return. That amount of time is absurd. I barely got my return before the deadline. I emailed her and left her a voicemail asking what was taking so long, but Melissa never responded to either. I wasn’t able to get a hold of her until I called the office asking to speak to a supervisor. The price was high for this service, especially since I didn’t receive advice for my tax return next year.

I'm very happy with my choice to use H&R Block to do my taxes. I don't have time to stay on top of the latest tax codes nor the motivation. Melissa was wonderful and explained everything to me. I recommend this service!
