He was friendly and answered all of my questions. I really appreciate his hard work. I was also pleasantly surprised by the fee. Much less than expected!

I filed my taxes this year with H&R Block. After meeting with them for over 6 hours across 2 days, we finally finalized everything. We signed the document and dropped them off in the mail. 3 months later we received IRS notices stating that we owed additional taxes. After several hours on the phone with the IRS, we determine that H&R Block submitted an incorrect tax return that did not match the tax return paper copy we were handed when we left. I’ve been working on refiling for over a month now, and have requested my tax prep fees to be refunded per H&R Block’s guarantee. I’ve called, emailed, left voicemails, and I cannot get any management to respond to me. I’ve walked into an H&R Block at a different location and the people there have tried to get me in touch with local management, but again I am ignored. This is a highly unprofessional establishment, and I encourage everyone to find an alternative company to do business with. They do not communicate with you, and do not honor their guarantees posted publicly on their website.

This was my first visit to H&R and my session could not have gone better. The office is very well run and personnel could not have been better. Mona, my tax expert was very comfortable to work with as well as being conscientious, helpful, and very professional. Look forward to seeing her next year!

I was given an appointment, then it was changed without notifying me...I got a second appointment which was supposed to be on zoom -- and then it turns it it isn't possible to be on zoom...it was on the phone. The preparer was very nice and very thorough. However, I had two questions when we ended so I didn't sign the paperwork...instead of going through MYBlock, the preparer called me. We chatted, but because she didn't go through the website I now cannot sign my paperwork because the paperwork still thinks that my taxes are in progress. I am extremely frustrated. I called and left a message with a receptionist and I also emailed. I do not need to speak with the preparer -- she just needs to go into the webpage/platform/program and resend me the paperwork. Meanwhile, I'm paying H&R Block too much money --more money than I've ever paid when I visited there in person which was every year for the past ten years...this is so stressful and it's costing me about $400 and it's not don

The agent who helped me Rosily Chetupuzha was amazing and made me feel like she cared about my situation. She explained things that I did not understand and really went above and beyond my expectations. Previous agents in previous years did not really know what they were doing, and I was really happy with my experience this year.
