FIND A BETTER ACCOUNTANT. Please, please I beg of you!! The big red flag was that he changed the bank account number where our tax refund was to be deposited because he said my ex-husband told him to do so but when I instructed him to revert it to the original bank account, he refused and said I have to get a consent from my ex. It's very interesting because he never advised my ex-husband to get MY consent when he was told to make the change. Even though my ex-husband was copied in my instructions to switch it back and he approved it, all of a sudden Mr. Gray said “he doesn’t want to get involved.” YOU ARE INVOLVED because YOU CHANGED IT WITHOUT MY CONSENT! I do feel he has a big problem with strong women...of color. That's just my impression. I should've listened to my gut when I first met him, he talked about his years as Navy and his experience with 'working women' in the Philippines. Disgusting. Mr. Gray has perfected the habit of ghosting instead of learning about client retention. He did not appreciate whenever I reached out to him for questions and updates on our taxes. His response is always a banter of how busy he is with other clients, blah, blah, blah. He should’ve just answered my questions instead of responding with a long finger-wagging statement. Tired and finished with this person.

Not a good experience from Mr. Gray. When we first turned in our paper work a few weeks went by and we heard nothing. When I called to check in he informed me he doesn't do "check ins" and will let us know when he is ready. He later apologized for his reaction but was still very difficult to get in contact with. We still have questions about our return that are unanswered. We will not be using him again.
