Gerald Omari has provided Tax preparation services for me since 2008. Professionally he is SOLID - highly knowledgeable about taxes, extremely detailed and thorough, and gives sound advice. For someone so competent and professional, he is refreshingly personable and a pleasure to work with. He explains clearly what he is doing, why he's doing it, and the outcome or expected outcome of doing it. I have used him for my tax filings since 2008 and will use him for as long as I have to file taxes. I recommend him without reservation.

I was extremely pleased with Mr. Omari's services. This year I wanted a CPA to complete my taxes due to an audit prior years. Mr. Omari is very knowledgeable and took his time going over this year's (and even took a?look at prior years at no additional cost) return. I plan to stay with Mr. Omari going forward and take advantage of his other services. He is kind, professional, and affordable. He even walked me out to my car as it was late and dark out after completing my taxes! I could not say enough about his good nature and customer service!

After I moved to VA, I was looking for CPA or Tax preparers and I contacted Gerald. He has been really great ever since. Above and beyond! I was very impressed with his knowledge and service every single time! Mine was very complicated with a new house, new business on top of my full time federal job and military reserve. Also, I have been paying for employment legal fees for years now until my case is completed. He did take his time to explain every single thing I did not know of before. He did educate me a lot with tax laws! He also tries to maximize my deductions legally. I forgot to report and deduct some items and had to get my 2018 tax amended, and Gerald was great and took care of it with his great service as always. Also, he worked around my time and did my tax even in the evening as that was the only time I was availble. He even did some more research on exceptions for military reservist with new tax laws and didn't take time to contact me to provide that and also he was going to add that deduction. I was really grateful and impressed. I am relocating to overseas soon for my federal job, and will be gone minimum 3 years and maximum 5 years and I know Gerald will take care of all my tax until and after I come back to VA! I highly recommend him to those who need tax preparation service.

He is the Best!!!! I was growing frustrated with the quality of service I was receiving from a national brand Tax Preparation company my parents and I had been using over the years. Last year when they prepared my taxes and said I was only getting $146 back and charged me $489, I decided to get a second opinion. I came to Gerald Omari, CPA. He was attentive and very thorough and helped me identify various deductions I had forgotten about. I came out much happier. This year I was especially grateful for the invaluable advice he shared with me on setting up an S Corp for my Contracting business, how to handle changes with my retirement and getting a better handle on our growing real estate rental business. Of only great is he at Tax Preparation, he is a solid Small business Accountant and great at providing sound financial advice.
