Easily the worst accounting team we have ever dealt with. They filed our taxes for two years, and both times we received additional tax bills from the state of NJ because the amount of taxes that were paid was incorrect. In addition to owing the money to the state, we also received an invoice from CPA for processing the additional payment to NJ (even though it was their accounting error that caused us to pay the incorrect amount in the first place). They are TERRIBLE at communication and are generally unresponsive. My last communication with them was in November 2022, and I JUST received an email letting me know that we have open invoices on file. I had to send them proof that one of those invoices was already paid a year and 1/2 ago. If you work with this firm, double check their work and be sure you check any invoices that you receive.

Be careful with this company. I am still dealing with issues they caused 4 years ago. The owner never took responsibility even though I had documented emails where I had asked about 941 forms. She ignored our small company after we brought up several issues. I am still dealing with the IRS from issues in 2018 and I am out a lot of money due to her team’s incompetence. Too many promises made none were actually kept. A huge disappointment.
