Accounting Technology spearheaded the implementation of our company's conversion from QuickBooks to MAS90. Our company was acquiring a large wholesale/retail business, which took us from processing a couple of hundred transactions to over 30,000 transactions per day. In order to process the transactions we required a front-end database and Accounting Technology was critical in the development so the import functionality allowed us to process at a 90% automation rate. If it wasn't for Accounting Technology's ability to understand our needs we would have required over 20 full time accountants, but in the end we only needed 8. Without any reservation, I would recommend their services to any business that is in need of a professional service organization that understands how to support clients in their endeavor to increase productivity or migrate to a more robust accounting software.

Our company has worked with Accounting Technology since 2005. Every interaction and request has had a positive outcome. The staff is knowledgeable, professional and helpful. They've assisted us with training, enhancing & automating processes, consulting, report writing and more. Their last job for our company essentially took a task that typically takes 2-3 days to complete and reduced it down to 15 minutes! Cape Fox Corporation has engaged in business with Accounting Technology for 10+ years. Cape Fox Corporation is an Alaska Native Corporation based in Saxman, AK comprised of a Commercial Group and a Federal Group located in Manassas, VA. As an employee for Cape Fox, I am frequently in contact with the staff at Accounting Technology. Their employees have been a large part of making sure the accounting software can adapt and grow to meet the expansions Cape Fox is experiencing. I have sought assistance and guidance on addition of corporate entities, addition of divisions within current corporate entities, automation of sales from a point of sale into the accounting software, and the production of inventory and sales reports for use at the division level. Each time, the staff at Accounting Technology stepped up and helped by walking me through the process, building the reports and modules necessary, and most importantly ensuring that during each step I understood what was being done, and presenting the information and process in a learning environment that I could carry forward with me. Each support session is teaching based and the staff makes sure to see that I fully understand the processes used in solving the issues I approached them with. By working with them, I have reduced steps in my processes leading to efficiency and positive company growth.

I am the comptroller for a company that sells and maintains real estate. Our MAS90 was on an old computer that was on its last legs and we could not find the password or the software discs and were not able to move the data off the old computer onto another computer. It would have been disastrous if we had lost the more than 20 years of data. Larry Bradford of Accounting Technology was able to access our records and move the software and data to the new computer. I truly felt as if he had performed a miracle. We have now been using Accounting Technology for several years and I couldn't be any happier. Whenever I run into a problem, I can call Larry or Nina, have them remote into my system and within a very short time my problem is solved. Both Larry and Nina are incredibly knowledgeable about MAS90 as well as accounting in general. I highly recommend them. In all the years I have used this program, no one has even come close to providing the service they offer.
